What is Protokol?+
Protokol is an iOS app for tracking peptides, supplements, steroids, cycles, sleep, nutrition, bloodwork, and everything else that goes into running a serious health protocol. It's built for users who actually run a stack — not a generic pill reminder.
Is Protokol free?+
Yes. Every feature is free at launch. Future AI-powered insights will be offered as an optional premium subscription, but core tracking will always be free.
Is my data private?+
Your protocol data is yours. We store it on Google Firebase so you can sync across devices, encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or send it to insurers. You can export or permanently delete everything from inside the app at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Does Protokol give medical advice?+
No. Protokol is a tracking tool, not a healthcare provider. It does not diagnose, treat, or recommend specific compounds or doses. Always consult a qualified physician before starting, stopping, or changing any compound or protocol.
What can I track in Protokol?+
Compounds (peptides, steroids, SARMs, supplements, vitamins, medications), pin history with site rotation, cycles, templates, weight, body measurements, progress photos, sleep, water, fasting, workouts, blood pressure, HRV, bloodwork, macros, mood, journal entries, and side effects.
Does it integrate with Apple Health?+
Yes. With your permission, Protokol can read steps, sleep, weight, heart rate, and other metrics from Apple Health to display alongside your protocol. You control which categories are shared.
How do I delete my account?+
Inside the app: More → Account & Sync → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days (90 days from backups). You can also email support@protokolapp.ca and we'll handle it for you.
How do I export my data?+
More → Export Data. You'll get a full JSON export of your account that you can save anywhere or import into a spreadsheet.
Is Protokol available on Android?+
Android support is on the roadmap. Right now we're focused on shipping a great iOS experience. Drop us a note at support@protokolapp.ca to get on the waitlist.
