You can permanently delete your Protokol account and all associated data at any time. Here's how.
Delete from within the app (fastest)
- Open Protokol
- Go to the More tab → Profile
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm — this permanently deletes your account and all associated data
Request deletion by email
If you've uninstalled Protokol or can't sign in, email support@protokolapp.ca from the address associated with your account and request account deletion. We'll process your request and confirm once complete.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of your personal data, including:
- Your profile and account details
- Your protocols, cycles, and stacks
- All logged doses, injections, and pin history
- Inventory and reconstitution data
- Health and body metrics (weight and any synced health data)
- Nutrition logs
- Bloodwork entries and any notes
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Data retention
Your personal data is permanently deleted. Cloud data is removed within 30 days and backups are purged within 90 days. Anonymous, aggregate analytics that cannot identify you may be retained. This matches our Privacy Policy.
